Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Author’s Guidelines 

  1. The submission is free of charge and article processing costs borne by the Publisher
  2. Manuscripts can be written in Indonesian or English.
  3. The title should be concise, omitting terms that are implicit and, where possible, be a statement of the main result or conclusion presented in the manuscript.
  4. All manuscript history (submit, pre-review, review results, and revisions) must be submitted in electronic form via OJS.
  5. The manuscript format can be downloaded through this link Template
  6. The Editorial Board of JPMIP reserves the rights to reject the submission that are not in accordance with the author's guidelines and template of JKP. Henceforward, the manuscript can be resubmitted as a new submission.
  7. The revision must be done using a review file sent by the editor. The author must highlight the part of the manuscript that was corrected and give a reply to each comment given by the reviewer or editor in the comments section.
  8. The submission that do not meet the due date of revision request will be considered disqualified.

Metadata

  1. Title in the metadata begins with capital letter in each word and abbreviations should be avoided. 
  2. The author's name consists of 2 (two) words, with the last name should not be abbreviated. If the author's name consists of only 1 (one) word, repeat the name in both column (first and last name), without periods.
  3. The name of the author's institution must be written in full.
  4. The first author's e-mail address will be the primary e-mail address, and the other author's e-mail address will be considered as the contributor.
  5. The bio-statement is filled with author's biodata.
  6. Enter the URL of the identifier with the Google Scholar profile address (if any).
  7. Abstract and keywords entered into metadata are in English.
  8. Enter the bibliography in the References section. Each reference is written in a new line.

Cancellation Policy

Rules of Cancellation of Submission

The author is not allowed to cancel the submission that is already in the review process because the cancellation or withdrawal of the submission is a wasted work carried out by the editor or reviewer.

If the author still wants to cancel the submission (at any stage), then must submit an official letter of cancellation / withdrawal signed by all authors on stamp duty. The letter contains the title of submission, the names of author(s), affiliation(s) & address, and the reason for the canceling. Cancellation letter sent to JPMIP e-mail: sudirman@unwir.ac.id and at OJS in the last discussion section. 

The author who cancel / withdraw submission (at any stage) will be blacklisted for publication on JPMIP for 3 (three) years. In the blacklist will be writen the full name of the author(s) and affiliation(s) and most likely will be published.
